Shipping

The majority of items on cevherun.com ship from our sales office in NJ within 2 weeks of ordering.  Some orders may ship directly from the workshop in Istanbul and may take longer.  Shipping times will be verified with order confirmation via email.

All orders below $2000 are shipped and insured for free with USPS, UPS or Fedex ground or second day service.

All orders above $2000 have an added charge of $30 to cover the cost of UPS or Fedex next day air and insurance. Some high value items may ship directly from the workshop in Turkey, in which case an import duty charge and freight will be assessed and communicated before shipping.

International orders usually ship directly from Turkey. International orders below $2000 are shipped free of charge. International orders above $2000 may have import duties charged.

Returns

We strive to make our customers happy. Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 3 days of receipt. Please email sales@cevherun.com. All items and their packaging must be intact and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the piece is determined damaged.

We will try to accommodate exchanges in size for rings if requested.

If you happen to damage your piece over the course of its lifetime, please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate a repair. Sometimes we are able to do this easily, sometimes it is not possible. A fee will be assessed based on the extent of repair needed. Any shipping charges will also be assessed.

We have a blog post about the nature of pure gold which you can read HERE. It does have an inherent softness, so it is natural for your 24k jewelry, especially rings, to become slightly misshapen over time. Your wedding band may take on the natural oval shape of your finger. Your bangle or cuff bracelet may become slightly misshapen as well. These are natural and does not in any way affect the quality of your pure gold.
